Recipient Information
Application - Please fill out the application via our Google Docs form. You must complete the form in its entirety. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation of your responses from Google via the email address you provided. Once you have submitted, you are accepted. You will not get another notification that you are accepted. Click the link below to be taken to the application. Applications are due by midnight on Friday, November 24, 2023.

Important Information
You will NOT be receiving a postcard. We will post to our Facebook page and website with your scheduled time slot. As long as you filled out the application prior to the deadline, you will be accepted.
A few reminders for recipients:
~You will need to bring an ID with you.
~If you can not make it to the Project Joy day, you may send someone to pickup toys for you. We will need to know their name ahead of time to do so. They will also need their ID.
~Only children that live with you and are in your custody are able to be registered under your name.
~We prefer you don't bring your children with you to Project Joy shopping. If you have no other option, we will watch them while you shop.
~We do not send postcards, so be watching Facebook and our website for assigned times.
~We no longer will be offering Sunday pickup. You must come on Saturday or make arrangements with someone to shop for you.
